Our Commitment

Our restaurant “MIDOEN” established in 1961. We, as a specialized restaurant in Yakiniku and Korean cuisine, have inherited original dishes that blend the authentic flavors of both Korea and Japan across four generations.

A4-A5 Wagyu Beef: We meticulously hand-cut A4-A5 grade black-haired Wagyu beef to ensure tenderness. Each slice is prepared with care.
Salt: We use bamboo salt, rich in minerals and with an alkaline nature, to enhance the flavors.
Sauces and Kimchi: From traditional sauces like Kochijang and Samjang to homemade kimchi, we offer everything with genuine care.

Our restaurant features 4-person and 6-person tables, as well as private rooms that can accommodate up to 33 guests. We provide banquet courses and drink options.

Service available on English, Japanese and Korean. Additionally, our sommelier pairs wine with yakiniku for a delightful experience.
